Proliant ML370 G5
When the server is starting up the POST screen being appears, after that there is message:
1611 -2 Fan is Missing
1611 -3 Fan is Missing
Fan Solution Not Sufficient
Critical Failure Detected etc...
Indicator is Flashing Red/
Can we override that anyway?
Must we open the case and check the fans?

HI Assur,
Fans are not working properly so, try to check that issue by replacing fan.
