Proliant ML370 HDD error

hp proliant ml370 g3 server - smart array controller - one HDD LED light is red, but when replace the same HDD on same slot it will work for 2,3 days. again problem repeats. What is problem?

that particular slot is having problem.
else you may update the psp for the server.
