Re: Proliant ML370 PCI-X issue
Hi,
You don't mention which variant of ML370, but since you say PCI-X I'm guessing probably G3 or G4.
Looking at the specs. of the G3 shows that it has 6 x 64bit 100MHz 3.3 volt PCI-X slots.
I don't know exactly what model serial card you've got, but I'm guessing that you've probably got a 5 volt card that's incompatible with the 3.3 volt slot. If the card is branded try checking the specs with the manufacturer.
Hope this helps,
Rob

Re: Proliant ML370 PCI-X issue
Hi Rob,
you are right! The variant is G3.
The board is a Universal MOXA CP-168U, certified by manufacturer for PCI-X bus (it supports both 5V and 3.3V; and the board is working fine on a PCI-X slot of a HP DX2000!).
Thank you
