Proliant ML370 g5 "server power removed" iLo2 log
Proliant ML370 g5 (dual proc, & power supplies) has gone down twice in last couple months. With message "server power removed" in the iLo2 log ... O/S or Intagrated Management logs do not have any messages relating to shut down ... Server had a red light on display by power button indicating a power problem, no lights on, on either power supply, green, orange, red or otherwise. System fans were running at high speed ... held in power switch to shut down server, restarted and system seems to be running fine, tried removing and replacing power to the power supplies one at a time and each seemed to function ok on their own ... ??? not sure what is causing this ??? any ideas ?
P.S. this thread has been moevd from ProLiant - Experts Online Now!!! > ProLiant Servers - Netservers to to ProLiant Servers (ML,DL,SL) - Hp Forums moderator

Re: Proliant ML370 g5 "server power removed" iLo2 log
Hello,
Sometime you get this error when reboot the server or maybe you loose temporary the power(under voltage) on this Powersupply.
