Proliant ML370G3 and windows 2003 memory error

I'm still searching for an answer...
In my proliant ML370G3 I have a 642 array controller. I exchanged memory several times, but the system halts with a parity/ecc error.
(hardware check finds no errors)

Installing windows 2000 on the same configuration was fine.

What's going wrong?

1) Make sure you have te latest BIOS update (May2003) to support W2K3
2) make sure you have the latest PSP (6.40) that fully supports W2K3
