Proliant ML570 G3 does not boot

Hi all, my Proliant ML570 G3 server doesnt boot. When I switch it on, it hangs up without showing anything on the screen. Howewer, the fans make twice that noise as usuall.

do you have any LEDs lighting on the system board?

Hi,
yes, there is red LED blinking, the meaning according to the manual is that "System health is critical" = Flashing red. I dont know, what does it mean exactly and what can I do to solve the problem. Should I call the HP support? Or my vendor?

The LED is on the front panel, I forgot to say :-)

1)Remove the Processor and reinstall it again.

2)check Ram is installed properly.
