Proliant & serial number help required

OK, I might be doing something wrong, but if I enter my Proliant serial number on the support site it says that it can't find it. If I then try the autodetect option it finds my serial number and then says it doesn't have any info on my machine! Any ideas anyone please.

Hi
Used this feature OK before. Tried today with an old serial off a 1600 this was OK. Tried with new style for a DL360 got no info message.
Looks like not all servers are on there.

This database is more directed to EMEA rather than to the US.
