Proliant ml110 g5 internal sata controller stoperror

I have serious problems with my sata controller. After I install windows (2008r2) everything looks fine, but when i return the the server an hour or a day later, it has rebooted and stopped in "DOS"

I have tried mostly with Raid.
Disk 1 is the system disk (original HP) and disk 2 and 3 is WD and setup in Raid1

When the system errors (and reboots) it stops at the "Searching for device at Port 0" and never continues. I can enter Raid setup and there I only see disk 2 and 3. Disk 1 is missing.

Windows event log has no useful log entries, only "unexpected system reboot" or something.

It looks seems like the disk suddenly disappears.

Today I tried without Raid and installed windows again and hoped would solve the problem.

But the same thing happened again, and again disk 1 was missing when it rebooted.
When I turn it off and the on again, the drive is back.

How can drives disappear like that?

My model is 455948-425
Bios ver 015 10/9/2009
HP Features version 1.08.00
Xeon 3065 @ 2.33
System Rom E647 FFFF
Ram: 4gb fake ( i will try the original ram next week)
