Proliant ml350 g4

I have a Proliant ML350 Gen 4 that had a HD failure. I replaced the drive and the array reuilt itself but it will not boot to Windows Server 2003. It has a PXE error and continues to reboot itself. I cannot access BIOS on POST, to see if the drive is being recognized, and I was wondering how to fix this without losing all of the information on the server. According to the Smart Start CD all three drives are part of the but the computer will only "see" two of them during the boot sequence. 

 

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
