Proliant ml530 Inaccessible_boot_device

I had a drive go bad in my raid array and when I swapped in a new drive. After swapping in a new drive I let it rebuild and tried a reboot. After rebooting it makes it half-way thru the windows 2000 server boot screen and then blue screens with this error:
STOP: 0X0000007B (0X85DB3CB0, 0XC0000032,0X0000000,0X00000000)
INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

HELP!!!!

Re: Proliant ml530 Inaccessible_boot_device

Simular problems here, but with a proliant ML350.

1 of the 3 HD's died.
Added a 4th one but no rebuild.
Removed the dead one, and put the new one in it's place. Then he recovered okay. But on the next boot, i get a:

STOP: 0X0000007B (?????,?????,0X0000000,0X00000000)
INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

Any solutions???
