Proliant "Management CD"

I bought a used DL360 G3 server for learning purposes. As such, I'm having to cobble together the necessary installation CDs (such as the SmartStart CD) from downloads from the HP site.

The installation manuals for my server refer states that the "SmartStart and the Management CDs are now packaged as the ProLiant Essentials Foundation Pack and shipped with every ProLiant Server".

I got the SmartStart CD and installed Windows 2003 Server successfully and the system is running.

However, I can't seem to locate the CD image file that would be the "Management (red) CD includes tools [which] manage ProLiant server resources."

Can someone provide a link to the correct CD image file to download?
