Proliant storage server DL100 - Service release 6.20 update problem

We have a DL100 with Win2003 standard and 5.5 SR installed. After downloading and installing the 6.20 release, the antivirus software (Trend micro) has been automatically uninstalled and the SR installed completely. After trying to reinstall the antivirus we get errors such "operation unsuccessful". Since in the HP requirements prior to installing the 6.20 we should install the 5.6 first and we don't have it, the customer needs to know what could be the effects of installing the 6.20 over 5.50? do we need to do anything else on the current server to correct problems occured in the upgrade procedure (if any)? Thanks.

Hi Mohammad,

I don't know if it's possible to go back from 6.20 to 5.6 and then upgrade again. Maybe someone else can answer this.
