Proliant3000 Blue Screen if more than 128MB RAM Installed

Here's a weird thing. We've had this Proliant 3000 running for years with 1GB RAM on Windows NT4 SP6. Today it blue screened and the only way it will come back up is if we keep ONLY one RAM chip in the server that is 128MB. Any combination of chips of any size in any slots results in a blue screen, including a single 512MB chip in one slot. If you use only a 128MB chip it works fine. Any ideas what could cause this all of a sudden and how to fix it? I'm baffled on this one. Thanks!
