Proliant3000:Insight Manager Agents Erros.

we have proliant 3000 server running windows2003.we use insight manager for the proliant servers management.when i try to install HP Insight Management Agents for Windows 2000/Server 2003 version 7.0.0.0 (17 Dec 03)cp 003732 i am receiving the following error(file attached).
can anyone suggest how can we resolve this issue?

Hi,

Are you only updating the managment agent. Please install the full proliant support pack or install the management drivers then try to install again. It has to work.
