Proliant7000 - "No logical unit available"

When we try to boot from Smartstart CD, we´ve got the message:

"No logical unit available"
"SMRTSCSI not installed"

and then de Smartstart doesn´t load wiht the message: "Press any key to restart SmartStart"

We´ve configured from the Configuration Utility via diskette, but we don´t know why the CD doesn´t work.

We only have the System Partition of Compaq Utilities made on the disk.
