Proliasnt 6500 Boot Failure

Attempting to bring up a donated Proliant 6500 for a local Boys & Girls Club - Proliant 6500 Quad Xeon 400 1GM Memory Smart Array 3200 controller w 7 x 9GB SCSI HD.
I purchased SmartStart v5.5 and have successfully configured the drive array Raid 5. I have access to the Drive and have installed Win 2000. The system will not boot from the drive. I have configured the system partition for boot order of C, CD, and A.
Upon reoot, I get the F1 / F10 options. F10 goes to the system partition. F1 says "Error loading operating system

What do I need to do to boot from this drive array?
