Prolient DL380 dual monitors ?

I have a Prolient DL380 that I wish to run dual monitors from. I know that a single monitor PCI graphics card works, but disables the onboard graphics. Will a Matrox PCI G450 allow me to use dual monitors on the DL380?

"Running Windows 2000 on the DL380."

yes, i think it`s not a problem. it`s only configured by the matrox software and drivers.
