Prolient ML350 G5 419522-005

Have a Prolient  ML350 G5 419522-005. Upgraded the OS to MS windows server 2012 standard last year.  As of last week, we have had issues with it randomly shutting down. When the server is powered back on it gives a red light (second light down from the top) We have replaced the hard drive it indicated was bad, we have reseated the ram, we replaced one of the power supplies on it last year. We are going to try and replace the other power supply and hope that fix's the issue. Does anyone have any other ideas just incase this doesn't work?

We have this issue.

Most capasitors on mosherboard were broken (swollen). I changed all of capasitors (about 20 pieces) by solderer. This is a hard work, but server is OK now.
