Prolint Ml350 Xeon 3.0 Power Problem

I have Proliant Ml350 xeon 3.0.problem is that server power light and power health led is red.When i push power button light is green but after some second light is red plz tell me its power supply problem or system board problem thanks.

May be worthwhile to check for alerts in the HP Intergrated Management Log Viewer, if under Windows environment.

I hope you figured out where is Problem, however follow images on the front, heartbeat and heartbeat in the box, first for Power Supply Problem, h/b in the box should gave you additional Amber Led insight when you Open Side Panel. Follow it and reset components if Necessary, remove any additional/optional HW for Troubleshooting

I also replaced power source but problem not solved.I don't have other power supply for replacement.
