Protect Server Orange Adapter CSA8000 with DL380 G4 or DL380 G2 does not work

We installed an Eracom Protect Server Orange PCI Adapter CSA8000 in a DL380 G4. The OS is Windows 2000, we also tried Windows 2003. The Problem is that the card doesn't work. The Card is seen under Computer Management. Everthings looks fine, but if we want to make a reset (hsmreset) the card doesn't react. Has anybody an idea what could be the problem?
