Which are the differenties between the two following references :

281404-B21 and 281404-B22

Are the G3 Blades fully compatible with both enclosures?

Are the BL25P fully compatible with both enclosures?

Answer for both questions - YES.
Difference between B21 and B22 -
1. B22 support half-high BL30/BL35, but
2. If you don't need bl30/35 I think - B21 is better solution - in B22 if you have redundant power supplies you don't have redundant power. This mean that if you loose, for example in one phase power one current line, you also loose 50% of your blades :((
