Quad or 8 Socket Nehalem-EX Proliants - Availability?
Anyone heard on the grapevine when these new Proliants will be out? Probly as G7 series? It'll be almost a year since the G6's came out which sport the game changing Nehalem 55XX series processors.
We are keenly awaiting these RISC Killer Systems.
Other vendors mention a March to May timeframe.
There are already benchmarks out there for Quad Socket X7560, 32-core, 64Thread systems. At IDF and Oracle OpenWorld a few moons ago - there've been pre-production demosof these quad socket systems already.

Re: Quad or 8 Socket Nehalem-EX Proliants - Availability?
This is not a place to go fishing for futures. You need to hit-up your HP sales rep for such things, after signing a non-disclosure agreement of some sort. Or, wait for actual HP announcements :)
