Question about ML570 G4

Just a quick question about this server - are all 18 drives bays connected to the one backplane and one P400 raid controller?

According to Maintenance and Service manual (page 65) - yes.

Answer is yes

P400 raid controller:
Key Features The SA-P400 Controller supports up to 18 drives.
