I am trying to upgrade the firmware version on my Ilo card and I cannot find the .bin file that I need to do this. Can anyone help me with this?

Actually I already tried that link, I cannot find the .bin file extention.
My lights out card tells me that im looking for a 2MB file with the extention of .bin.

Download cp005862.exe here
http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/lights-out/us/download/23468.html
Run cp005862.exe on any computer and choose "Extract" option, you will see
"ilo182.bin" file extracted.
See this link as well:

"Starting with iLO 1.80, the firmware binary file will no longer ship as a softpaq. The firmware binary file can be obtained from the Online Flash Components"
Of course, you can also use Online ROM Flash Component update if your OS suppport it.
