Questions on new install of SBS 2011 on ML350 G6

Apologies in advance for newbie questions....

After doing a manual install of SBS Standard 2011 there are three items in the Device Driver area that are flagged, and I cannot find drivers on the HP site for them:
Base System Device
IPMI Interface
USB Serial Controller
When I plug in a USB device I am informed that it "could work faster in a 2.0 port..."

I have not installed the HP management software, as I was waiting for the 2011-compatible version coming out in a few days. Was that a mistake? Can I install and use software from the new SmartStart when it comes out even if the server is already up and running?

Any suggestions appreciated...

SBS Standard 2011 on HP proliant server does not support.
You will not find a compatible driver. :(

Use drivers for 2008 R2.

You may not be able to install the PSP for 2008 R2, but the individual driver packages may work.

I believe two of those items will be fixed by installing the iLO2 driver.

I"m hoping this really isn't true.  I'm planning to upgrade our Proliant ML350 G5 from SBS 2003 to SBS 2011.
