Quick restore Dl100 G2 problem

I have Dl100 G2. After warranty (replace mother mainboarth) then i can't quick restore by DVD restore.
I used two DVD (DL100 G2 storage server quick restore version 5.5.1 and system installation recovery 6.0.1) but not ok.
What i can do now so quick restore.

Hi,

When the system board is changed on a DL100 G2 Storage Server (NAS Box), the Product ID must be inserted back into the BIOS of the new system board.

The Product ID is checked by the Restore DVD and if it's wrong or missing it won't rebuild. In addition, if the SATA raid controller is replaced it must be replaced with the same model as was originally installed as this is checked too by the DVD. There are two versions of the SATA raid controller - Adaptec 2410SA is used on the earlier DL100 G2 models and the Adaptec 2420SA is used on the newer models.

The Model naming convention (Product ID) was changed by HP.

Here is how to insert the Product ID into the BIOS.

1. During Boot Press F10 to enter Setup
2. Select 'Advanced'
3. Select 'DMI Information'
4. Select 'Product ID'
5. Enter the correct Product ID Information for your model e.g. 397588-B21 or AE437A
6. Save and exit

This should fix your problems I hope.

I get an error "The file is not a JFIF, MacBinary-JPEG of JPEG file!" I was told by tech support to download the iso at https://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=397649-002
I have version 397587-b21 in the bios. Thanks George
