RAID 5 Configuration lost -- operating system not found
hi,
Just this morning, we found our server rebooted with a no operating system found message.
We enter the Array configuration and the all drives seems to be there without any issues, but the logical drive is missing. It is a RAID 5 configuration with 3 drive on a ML370 machine.
Is there a way to recover from this failure?

Re: RAID 5 Configuration lost -- operating system not found
Did you get this back yet?
You should be able to reconfigure without Intitializing (formatting) the logical RAID drive if the configuration was lost. Also the drives should hold the configuration also if removed and re-inserted
