RAID 5 not available on DL580 with P410i

I have a new DL580 G7 with P410i Controller and (8) 146G 15K SAS drives.  Only RAID options are RAID 0 and RAID 10.  Verified both on POST F8 for the controller and using Smart Start.  firmware version on the controller is 3.66 and server is P65.  Anything I am missing?

Finally got through to support...come to find out this server was not ordered with any onboard memory cache for the controller.  No Memory = No RAID 5.
