RAID5 wrong bay id

My disk on bay4 went bad and I replaced the bad disk. However, after the replacement, it shows missing disk on bay0. It is a DL360 G5 server with P400 controller. I cannot find bay0 on the server. How can I fix this without lost the RAID5 volume?

Hi there,

first step is to take complete backup.

Run and share the array dignostic report so that we could check the actual configuration.

you can power cycle the server to see if it takes the original bay number... else you may have to take the complete back up and recreate the array as a last resort.
