RAM & Array Controller

Hi,

1) We have a Proliant 6000 (twin Xeon PII 400) which is in need of a RAM upgrade, it currently has 640Mb (4 x 32Mb in memory board in slot 21 and 4 x 128Mb in memory board in slot 22). Do these memory boards support autobanking etc or would I have to get only 128Mb modules ?)

2) This server has a 2DH array controller which is also due for upgrade, which array controllers are compatible with this server ?
