SolutionThe memory is still available with part numbers
343055-B21 (2x512)
343056-B21 (2x1024)
343057-B21 (2x2048)
It is listed as PC3200 DDR2.
Kingston also make RAM of this spec and if my memory serves me correctly the OEMs for these products included Hynix and Samsung.
I wouldn't mix the RAM if I could avoid it.

Re: RAM issue
Just a quick note. The DL380 G4 came in two different form factors. One had space for 6 U320 SCSI drives, the other had space for 8 Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) drives.
The part numbers for U320 drives have already been listed:
The SFF SAS drives supported are:
HP 146GB 3G SAS 10K SFF SP HDD 431958-B21
HP 72GB 3G SAS 10K SFF SP HDD 375861-B21
HP 72GB 3G SAS 15K SFF SP HDD 431935-B21
HP 36GB 3G SAS 10K SFF SP HDD 375859-B21
HP 36GB 3G SAS 15K SFF SP HDD 431933-B21
If the server came with a P600 controller then you could also add the following SATA drive:
HP 60GB 1.5G SATA 5.4K SFF HDD 379306-B21
Although its not listed on the tech spec sheets there is also the following drive which should work:
HP 120GB 1.5G SATA 5.4K SFF HDD 431786-B21
Note that although you can mix and match SATA and SAS drives on a P600 controller, don't put them into the same RAID group!
HTH
