RIB and Mouse Doesn't Work
I have installed a RIB board and when I use the cable supplied to connect the mouse and keyboard the mouse driver fails within NT. Switch the mouse back to the ports on the motherboard unplugging the splitter cable and all is well. Tried another RIB board and another splitting cable with same problem. Remote access is possible but is jerky and needs syncing every time you connect. This can't be right. Any ideas anyone?
Thanks
Dave
Thanks

Re: RIB and Mouse Doesn't Work
Dave,
For the DL360, you don't use the splitter cable on the RIB. You are correct in using the keyboard and mouse ports on the motherboard.
Have a nice day,
Mike
