ROM flash for SmartArray 5312

Just want to know: is there any reason why ONLINE ROM Flash Component missing for Smartarray 5312 controller ?
Only Offline ROM Flash exists for this SmartArray controller, but at the same time I see online ROM flash for many (if not all) old SmartArray controllers (include SmartArray 5300)
We have several ML370 G3 servers with SmartArray 5312 in our remote offices and it is problematic for us to use Offline ROM Flash.

Some service advisory:

The Smart Array 5312 controller can only be flashed offline using Options ROMPaq for Smart Array 5312 Controllers diskette.

Cause
The SA5312 controller must be reset twice during the flash process.
It requires a driver spin since 5312 handles the flash operation in a different way compared to the other controllers.

but I didn't see service advisory that describe reason.
I assume this service advisory not available on public part of HP site ?

Yes, second advisory is available only for HP and partners. Also in verbal form to customers:)
