RSO

With a configuration as follow:

2 DL380-G3 with a MSA500(G1) (RSO configuration).
RED HAT LINUX 2.1
Sometimes one node get in hang and appears the message as following in the rattached file.
Every connection from every node and the storage is lost.
No panics errors are logged, only for a reboot unespected.

Hi,

Check that the RSO options are set correctly on each node (primary and recovery). Press F8 to enter the ORCA for the Smart Array 5i on each node. Check that one is primary and the other is recovery and also check the timeout settings.

A general guide is attached.
