Raid 5 configuration in ML370 G5

Any body please help me in confuguring RAID 5 in ML370 G5 series server.
I have E200 array controller which support only RAID 0/1 .
P400 array controller is supporting raid 5 also. but whether it support the ML 370G5 server?

Please help me in this regards.

ML370 G5 supports both cards, The Smart Array E200 supports RAID 5 but it will require a 128 MB memory module upgrade(351580-B21)

I am having a 128Mb battery pack, HP spares no.307132-001.
Please tell me that whether i can upgrade the E200 controller with this one.
