yes your Data is going to be OK.
But in order to get everything fine:
- Backup. it's not me. it is HP that recommend to this when any activity related with HDDs is taking place.
see HP Recommendation
"Back up all data on the array. Although array expansion is unlikely to cause data loss, observing
this precaution provides additional data protection."
but if you want a testimony I've done it several times. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.
the more recent on a Exchange Server.
- Have the latest firmware for your controller E200.

- Have the latest Array Configuration Utility also. 7.85

and follow the PDF now I added with new updates.
anything else just let us know

I have the seem case,(Server DL 360 G5, Smartarray E200i, BBWc 128 ) but not see MigrateRAID/StripSize in hp smart start 7.90 to add a SAS HDD. Help me.
