Raid5 Speed

I have a raid5 array of 4 disk

600gb 6g sas 15k 3.5in  653952

i can't get more than 25-27 MB/sec of disk io

What can be wrong  ?

HPML350PT08 E5 2609 32 GB RAM

Do you have a write cache (BBWC/FBWC)?

Which raid controller?

Thanks for answering,

 it is a FBWC, the 420i.

I think the problem was on my side, i have added some indexe's on my tables and i can't reproduce the problem. Now i can write passed the 15 mb barrier.
