Ram swap

I have two HP proliant DL 380 gen 7's. One has 81gb and the other 16gb. I am trying to balance them out so they can have an equal ammount of memory. i swaped a few cards between the servers and when i boot them up they still read 81gb and the other 16gb.

 

if they have equal ammounts of memory cards in them, why are they still showing the same as before i made the swap?
