Random critical arrests

We have a ProLiant 350ML G5 that randomly arrests. Every time, we found the Processor 2 fan failure led on, in amber. But we don't have the second processor!!! To restart the server we must disconnect the power cable.
This is a serious problem for us. How can we solve it?

What is shown in the server IML and the iLO logs?
