Random hang and reboot

This server is the primary root node (node 1) of a 4 servers Unixware cluster.
The system hangs randomly and reboots without any panic or error message in the log files (syslog, osmlog.n n=1..4)
The server is made of 8 processors, 4 GB memory and the ROM version is P42 06/16/2000

Our Server seems to suffer from the same problems. We think the problem is caused by the Compaq Agents. In particular CMANICD (Network Agent)
We found evidance of this in /Mar/spool/compaq/agenterrs.log
