Randomic freezes under ML110 Gen10 with windows server 2016 Essentials

Greetings,

I've built a new system a couple months ago, and updated drivers etc regularly, but our customer called us very often saying that the client enviroment is very slow.

I went to investigate and after some checks I saw that randomly the server stop responding while in any screen also not running anything except O.S. for about 20-30ish seconds and then restart to function properly for an undefinite time, and then starts again not responding,and so on .

What can it be?

I've updated O.S. updates and also HP updates to latest updates but the problem still occur.

I have a DL380 Gen10.

For weeks now, every Day at same Time (10:31) the Disk access freeze for 4s.

Everthing Up to Date, no other message.

??

please login to iLO & check if any unusual events are reported in the IML & iLO event log. If you find any critical errors or warnings, please share the same.

Recommend to log a support ticket with HPE Support with Active Health System log for further analysis.
