Randomly restarts in HP ProLiant server

Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2003

Hello,
I'm sorry for my English.

In my company we have a HP ProLiant server (ML350 G4p) that randomly restarts.

The Windows event viewer returns these messages :
- Error: El cierre anterior del sistema a las 14:24:56 del 18/05/2016 resultó inesperado. Id suceso: 6008
- Error: The system encountered an uncorrectable system error prior to this boot. The error code is (bytes 3-0) 0x4164E2F, (bytes 7-4) 0x0. Id suceso: 4238 

This is in the ILO logs:
- Caution iLO 05/18/2016 14:27  1 Server reset
- Caution POST Message 05/18/2016 14:27 1 POST Error: A Critical Error occurred prior to this power-up
- Critical ASR 05/18/2016 14:26  1 ASR Detected by System ROM
- Critical System Error 05/18/2016 14:25 1 Unknown Event (Class 20, Code 3)

Hello,

This seems like some hardware failure.

Open it up and see if there is no dust or maybe blocked fans.

Even check power supply fans.

Also did you do any recent software / firmware upgrades?

The fans are OK.
No software or firmware update.

I changed the power supply and continues resetting.

Now, I changed the Mother Board... and I am waiting...
