Rather have a Gateway
I have spent 5 months trying to get my computer to work properly. By calling your tech support I lost the use of my HP PSC 500 Printer, Scanner, Copier. I have dealt with rudeness, incompetence and spent a lot of money to get this kind of treatment. I am getting a message MMSYSTEM.DLL , Rundll32, HP0DJ08.DRV driver inf file be damaged. We have owned this computer and printer 1 1/2 years. We have had problems since we bought it. Your tech support and HP's is more than a joke. One girl spent 3 hours with me,reading from a manual. Yes I would like a reply- only if you have an intelligent person to answer our questions.
