Rdeploy image of blade to different blade server

I have taken an image of a BL25p blade using rdeploy and I am trying to put the image on another BL25p blade at our DR site, once the image has been written and the server reboots, it goes into a continues a reboot cycle when the WIndows 2003 window appears.

If i boot into safe mode it gets to the ACPITABL.dat and reboots

I have replaced the update.sys with the RTM version to no avail.

HAs Anyone seen this before or got any suggestions please
