I've also got this issue with below error logged every hour:

Yes, samething happened to me with my backup server:

HP DL 385 G7
Smart Array P410i In Slot 0
Smart Array P411 In Slot 2
Smart Array P411 In Slot 3
4x StorageWorks D2700 enclosures

This event ID 129 warning is logged every hourly during the backup:
Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort2, was issued. and Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort2, was issued.

ANy help and update would be greatly appreciated.
