Reboot Randomly with STOP 0x0000000, ...

Hi,

We have a server with NT 4.0 and SP6a, a application Esafe (anti-virus) of society Aladdin.

This server reboot randomly with a blue screen and the messages in Compaq Insight Manager :

An Unrecoverable System Error (NMI) has occurred
Blue Screen Trap (NT BugCheck Data = STOP: 0x0000000A (0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xF086A52A))

Please, could help me to correct this problem.

This looks to be a memory issue.
Please make sure the System Management Log Viewer is installed. Also please make sure the Compaq Advanced Systems Management Controller Driver is up to the latest.
We are now looking for a specific error message. Not in Event Viewer but from the Log Viewer. Hopefully it will tell us which memory slot is causing the error.
