Rebuilding Raid 5 of HP Server DL380

[My HP DL380 Server don']

Hi every body !

I have a server HP DL380 and already configure for Raid 5 with 4 Hard Disk Drive . But have a hard disk fail . I buy a new hard disk like to the old hard disk and replace it . But it dosen't auto rebuilding .

Now, What can i do to rebuild my server ?
