Recommendations for VMware on DL380G5

Good afternooon!

We have a DL380G5 with 8G of RAM and Win2K3 R2 EE x64 as a base to VMware Server.

Are there any general tips and tricks (don't use teamed adapters on the host, disk configuration, etc) that would be helpful?
