Recovery disk creation

Hi, how can I recovery all my system if I don't have the recovery disk, also because I loose the amministrative password and I cannot go in.

if the system isn't a DOMAIN controller, you could reset the local Administrator password.

This work also for Windows server 2003 R2, becuse It looks works only for vista or Xp....
