Recreate broken raid array proliant ml110

Last month the motherboard on the server failed and a hp technician came and replaced the motherboard.

When he did this e did not activate raid in bios again, so now we have 2 system disk showing in Windows SBS2003 R2. Also we have a lot of errors and we have some services that does not start. I see in the services.msc that some are located on C: and other on I: (other system disk).

I tried activate the sata raid controller in bios, and that found the mirror array, but bluescreen when it tried to boot. So now i have set it back to default in bios, no raid.

Both the disks has to be connected for the server to start, since its reading and writing to both.

What can i do to fix this?
I saw in the embedded sata raid controller that i could set up a verify process of the raid array, but i feared this would make it worse.

Information of the system:

HP Proliant ML110 G5
2 disk in sata raid mirror
2 aditional standalone disks.
Windows SBS2003 R2.
